This hotel was set in a central area really close to a beautiful garden. Zona 13 district was worth exploring.

It was very pleasant time in Guatemala City. The staff were attentive and competent and the location was amazing in middle class neighborhood.

The queen room was big and attractive with really nice bed, so that guests had essentials. The location turned out to be great, really close to the international airport in Guatemala City as well as Guatemala.

We had an early morning flight and staying at Hostal Donde Regina was the perfect choice. Communication was easy and they arranged a taxi for us, which arrived on time. The proximity to the airport was convenient, just a 5-minute walk. They even prepared a delicious breakfast for us before our early departure. I highly recommend this hotel for a stress-free stay near the airport.

the hotel was clean and staff were very very nice and consistently courteous, everything was great. the venue had indeed a marvellous and stunning location in middle class neighborhood. moreover, it's right by the airport in guatemala city, restaurants, and right near the airport-perfect for an one night stay when travelling in.

We were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service at this hotel. The manager went above and beyond, waiting for us at the airport and ensuring we had a comfortable stay. Our room was immaculate with a cozy bed and a bathtub. Although there weren't many food options within walking distance, the manager kindly helped us order in. The hotel's proximity to the airport was a major plus and the complimentary coffee and cookies were a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel for a layover stop.
